1.All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable at time of booking.
2.You hereby accept Willow Manor Guest House, 7 Potgieter Street, Brits, 0250, North West Province, South Africa as our domicile registered address.
3.100% deposit per booking is required. All calls to 0716406584 will be recorded for safety and booking references.
4.Deposits may be paid by EFT, CASH deposit or via CREDIT CARD (Master card, Maestro card, Cirrus card or VISA). We also make use of eNett cards.
5.All deposits are non-refundable.
6.Please note that deposits cannot be transferred to the balance payable on arrival should the number in the party reduce nor can it be transferred to a
date other than the date originally booked.
7.Rooms are available for check in from 14:00. If an earlier arrival is planned we can store your luggage, by prior arrangement, until such time as your
room is ready.
8.All rooms must be vacated by 09:15 am on day of departure to avoid additional fees. If a later travel time is planned we have limited facilities for
storing your luggage. Should guest depart not on agree time a LATE DEPARTURE FEE OF R50.00 PER 15 MIN WILL BE CHARGED.
9.Rooms not claimed by 20:00 will be re-let unless prior arrangement for late arrival is made.
10.Prices quoted in the price list are subject to change. However, once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmed back to you the price
quoted will not change unless you alter your booking. Any alterations to bookings must be received in good time.
11.In the event of any cancellations not received two weeks prior to arrival date, and the room not being re-let, the person in whose name the
booking was made will be liable for the full cost.
12.We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover these eventualities.
13.Prices does not include breakfast. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken.
14.No refund will be given for any premature departures.
15.It is a condition of booking that all guests conduct themselves in a responsible manner so as not to cause disturbance or annoyance to other guests. 16.The management reserves the right to terminate any person’s contract should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable and no refund will be given.
17.Any breakages or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the person in whose name the booking was made.
